Job Duties

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide an interdisciplinary approach to patient care
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
• Provide emotional support and alleviate concerns of patients and their families
