PRN Pre-Op & PACU NurseHoward County Medical Center invites applications for the position of PRN Pre-Op & PACU Nurse at its location in St. Paul, Nebraska. Primary function includes providing safe, knowledgeable, individualized nursing care to patients in the operating and recovery room by adhering to quality and safety standards. The position is responsible for assisting the surgeon by anticipating needs for instruments and supplies while also interacting with patients, family members and staff and maintaining nursing standards under the supervision of the Medical Staff in accordance with the philosophy, goals, and objectives of Howard County Medical Center.Education/Qualifications/Skills/AbilitiesCurrent Nebraska Registered Nurse license is required.Basic Life Support (BLS)Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred or willing to obtainPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred or willing to obtainExperience: Prior operating room experience preferred but not required.To Apply: Go to https://hcmc.applicantpool.com/jobs/Mission Statement: Howard County Medical Center will provide quality, efficient health care.
